  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • If your country requires a higher age for online consent, you must meet that age or use the Service with parental consent.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

3) What the Service provides

The Service helps you create and edit slide decks in your browser. Some features may be available for free, and some features may require a paid plan. Any pricing and plan limits are shown before purchase.

4) Prices, currency and taxes

  • Prices may be shown in USD and, in some cases, in your local currency for convenience.
  • Where applicable, taxes (such as VAT) may be included or added at checkout based on your location and tax status.
  • Checkout clearly shows the payable amount before you confirm payment.

5) Accounts and payments

  • Accounts and subscriptions are managed by Outseta.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card numbers.
  • To manage billing, cancel, or update payment details, use Account → Billing in the Service.

The Service, website, and branding are owned by us or licensed to us. You keep ownership of the content you create.

We process your content only as needed to operate the Service and provide features you use (including optional AI features).

8) AI features

  • Optional AI tools may help with writing, summarizing, structuring slides, rewriting text, or generating images.
  • AI output may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding what to use.
  • We do not provide legal, academic, medical, or professional advice and cannot guarantee outcomes.

9) Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime in Account → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • If EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. If you request access to paid digital service during this period, you may lose the right to withdraw once the service is fully performed, or we may charge a proportionate amount for the period of use where allowed by law.
  • Outside mandatory consumer rights, payments are non-refundable for the current term.

10) Service changes and termination

We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes.

11) Disclaimers and liability
